Green tank, phone number on the side, vacuum every 3-4 years.
I spent 19 years fixing plumbing before I bought a vacuum truck. What I kept seeing was the same thing: a homeowner with sewage in the tub, a pumper who emptied the tank and left, and a plumber who came a week later and said the outlet pipe had been cracked the whole time. Two trucks, two bills, one problem.
Duckies brings septic and plumbing experience together. We vacuum the tank to the floor, inspect its condition and explain what needs attention. Some repairs can be completed during the same visit, depending on the diagnosis, access and available parts. We explain the scope, price and timing before work begins. Ask about before-and-after photos for your service visit.

Pumped to the floor, baffles checked, photo taken.
Every load goes to a permitted facility.
We live where we work. The dry climate, the caliche and clay, and the big lots outside city sewer all change how a septic system behaves out here, and we have opened enough tanks between Lubbock and Levelland to know it.
