Pick the service that matches what is happening at your property. Each page explains what the work involves and how to get started. Call if you are not sure which one fits.
We vacuum the tank to the floor, check the baffles and lids, and haul the waste to a licensed facility. Most homes need pumping every 3 to 4 years.
Call for toilets backing up, sewage in the tub or wastewater in the yard, including nights and weekends. We assess the cause and explain the service options before work begins.
We fix broken baffles, cracked outlet pipes and crushed or root-filled lines, using camera inspection and jetting where appropriate. We explain the scope, price and timing before work begins.
A licensed soil evaluator does the soil evaluation. We handle the installation and the inspection that follows, and every joint is pressure tested.
Replacement starts with finding out what can still serve the property and what cannot. We weigh the condition of the tank, lines and drain field before defining the project.
Electronic equipment traces the sewer route to the buried tank, backed up by old records or careful probing. Locating is separate from digging to the lids, and a riser gives you an access point for next time.
We check sludge and scum levels, baffles, outlet filters, lids and risers, plus the distribution box and drain field for signs of stress. We record the condition and pumping history to recommend future service intervals.
A waterproof HD camera goes down the cleanout on a flexible cable, and we explain any visible roots, buildup or damage and how far along the line it sits. We also tell you what the camera could not reach.
A hose and nozzle send pressurized water through a cleanout to work on grease, sludge and other buildup in a pipe that is suitable for it. Jetting cannot fix a cracked or collapsed pipe, so a follow-up camera inspection may be recommended.
